This research examines the strategic role of communication management in building corporate resilience through a systematic literature review of recent studies. We employed a comprehensive four-phase methodological framework (identification, screening, eligibility, inclusion) to analyze 40 high-impact articles published between 2019-2024. The analysis covers four main dimensions: theoretical foundations, research methodology, study context, and communication management practices. Results indicate the dominance of Stakeholder Theory (20%) as theoretical foundations, with research methodology dominated by quantitative approaches (55%). Research context shows significant influence of COVID-19 (44%) and global change (31%) in shaping organizational communication practices. Key findings reveal that the effectiveness of communication management in building corporate resilience depends on the integration of five key elements: stakeholder communication (35%), organizational communication (15%), crisis communication (15%), corporate communication & Public Relations (12%), and corporate social responsibility communication (12%). Analysis shows a paradigm shift from linear communication models to integrative approaches emphasizing adaptability and responsiveness in facing disruption. This research contributes to the development of an Adaptive Communication Resilience (ACR) Framework integrating communication management with organizational resilience, while identifying gaps in literature related to evaluation metrics, longitudinal studies, and contextual adaptation. Practical implications include recommendations for developing adaptive communication strategies, strengthening digital capabilities, and implementing integrated evaluation systems. Research limitations include the dominance of COVID-19 based studies and the need for stronger cross-cultural perspectives.
