PERTARUNGAN WACANA KERETA CEPAT JAKARTA-BANDUNG DALAM MEDIA ONLINE

Pembangunan proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta Bandung (KCJB) merupakan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) di Indonesia. Kebijakan proyek ini mendapatkan berbagai tanggapan, baik pro maupun kontra, dari para pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian sebelumnya meneliti tentang analisis framing mengenai proyek tersebut, namun belum sampai pada jejaring di dalamnya yang mempengaruhi pemberitaan tersebut. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana perdebatan mengenai wacana pembangunan proyek KCJB, koalisis wacana yang tercipta di antara stakeholder. Metode DNA (Discourse Network Analysis) dipilih dengan menggabungkan analisis wacana (isi kualititatif) dan metode jejaring sosial. Fokus obyek penelitian yakni 193 artikel pada 25 media online nasional yang ditarik data pada rentang waktu 25 Juli 2022 - 2 Agustus 2022. Hasilnya menunjukkan belum terbentuk koalisi wacana pada wacana proyek tersebut.
