ANALISIS DINAMIKA ULASAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI VIDIO DAN VIU BERDASARKAN MODEL EVALUASI TAM, EMA, DAN PACMAD

Penelitian ini membandingkan ulasan pengguna terhadap dua aplikasi over-the-top (OTT), Vidio dan VIU, untuk mengevaluasi kinerja mereka berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Extended Mobile Applications (EMA), dan People at the Center for Mobile Application Development (PACMAD). Penelitian kami bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana model-model ini dapat menginformasikan pengembangan aplikasi OTT di Indonesia. Peneliti mengumpulkan 100 ulasan pengguna dari setiap aplikasi selama Q4 2023 dan menganalisisnya menggunakan pendekatan analisis konten. Dua orang coder terlatih mengevaluasi ulasan berdasarkan indikator dari ketiga model tersebut, dan keandalannya diuji dengan menggunakan rumus Holsti. Temuan kami menunjukkan bahwa Vidio mengungguli VIU dalam hal kualitas fungsional, objektivitas, dan akurasi, sementara VIU unggul dalam hal kemudahan penggunaan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pengguna menghargai variasi konten dan kualitas di Vidio, sementara pengguna VIU mengkhawatirkan iklan dan masalah teknis. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman pengalaman pengguna dalam aplikasi OTT dan memberikan wawasan bagi para pengembang untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna.
