Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi UHO : Jurnal Penelitian Kajian Ilmu Komunikasi dan Informasi accepts the following types of scientific articles:

• Original Research Article: A complete report of original and empirical in the field of  the state, communication management, mass media (TV, Radio, Newspapers), public relations, marketing communications, political communication, organizational communication, cultural communication, online media and popular culture. Also focus on studies of information and libraries including information literacy, information technology, digital library, librarian profession development, information management.

• Review Article: A comprehensive, critical, and state-of-the-art analysis of existing literature on a specific topic within the journal's scope.
