REPRESENTASI PEREMPUAN DALAM KEPEMIMPINAN INFRASTRUKTUR MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM @KEMENTERIANPU

Ketidaksetaraan gender berakibat pada adanya kesenjangan mengenai posisi-posisi penting dalam pejabat publik yang lebih banyak diisi oleh pria di Indonesia. Terdapat Wakil Menteri Pekerjaan Umum yang diisi oleh perempuan, Wakil Menteri Diana yang menjadi bagian Kabinet Indonesia Maju periode 2024-2029 yang dipimpin oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto. Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum bertanggung jawab terhadap Infrastruktur di Indonesia, yang identik dengan sisi maskulin. Artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana representasi perempuan yang dibentuk dalam pembangunan infrastruktur melalui media sosial Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum @kementerianpu. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan model semiotik Roland Barthes untuk mengetahui makna denotatif, konotatif dan mitos pada representasi perempuan dalam kepemimpinan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada kajian menggunakan analisis isi terhadap konten yang diunggah @kementerianpu dengan foto Wamen Diana. Terdapat tiga unggahan konten Instagram yang dianalisis periode Oktober hingga Desember 2024. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi Wamen Diana pada media sosial @kementerianpu sebagai perempuan modern, sigap, bertanggung jawab serta mengangkat budaya kolektivis sebagai seorang pempimin. Wamen Diana juga menjadi sosok yang mengedepankan keberlanjutan pembangunan yang ramah lingkungan dengan memperhatikan ekosistem flora dan fauna dapat berdampingan bersama pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia.
